“Casa de Kavi S.L” respects the principle of data minimization, collecting only the minimum adequate and relevant data.

Contact through our website Purpose: To respond to inquiries or requests submitted through forms or communication channels on the website.
Legal Basis: Legitimate interest in addressing inquiries or requests via the available contact methods.
Retention: Data will be retained for six (6) months from the last expression of interest unless the user requests earlier deletion.
Contact via WhatsApp Purpose, Legal Basis, and Retention: Same as described for website contact. If you choose WhatsApp for communication, your phone number will be shared with WhatsApp Inc. to verify your account. Newsletter Purpose: Manage your subscription, send personalized information about our services, and, if enabled, push notifications. This includes analyzing your user or customer profile to tailor service information to your preferences. You may unsubscribe at any time.
