Absolutely. Most of our classes are open to all levels, including beginners. If you're just starting out, we recommend joining a gentle-paced or conscious yoga class, and letting your teacher know so they can offer you extra support. You’ll find the class intensity marked on our app (iOS or Android) and website.

We’ve got you covered with mats, blocks, straps, blankets, cushions—everything you need for your practice. If you like, you can bring a water bottle and a microfiber towel, especially for Pilates, Move and Strength, and Strength & Mobility (Pilates-based) classes.

We’d love for you to keep your phone aside during practice to help you stay present and connected. Not all classes can be recorded, but if you’d like to film, please check first with your teacher or our team. If you get the okay, just make sure not to film others, avoid sounds, and be mindful of the space and energy around you.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle in and begin with calm presence. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we might not be able to let you in, out of respect for the group and the energy of the class already in progress.

Some are, some aren’t—it depends on the style of the class and the teacher’s approach. Some sessions are accompanied by soft music or immersive sounds; others are held in silence to support deeper connection.

Yes. We offer prenatal yoga classes designed to support you through this special stage. You can also join other classes if you feel comfortable—just let us know so we can offer safe and respectful variations based on your needs.

Yes. Some classes are taught in English or in a bilingual format, depending on the teacher and group. You can check this in the app or contact us directly for more details

Yes. Most of our classes can be adapted to different mobility levels. Our team is trained to support you with care and suggest modifications when needed. If you have any specific needs, feel free to let us know in advance so we can make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Yes! We offer two options: a Trial Class, just pick the one that speaks to you, or a Trial Week pack: 5 classes in 7 days to explore different styles and get to know our team.

We recommend booking your spot in advance through our app or website, as classes have limited capacity and we want to make sure there’s space ready for you.

You can cancel via the app or by writing to us, just make sure to do it at least 12 hours in advance. If you cancel later or don’t show up, unfortunately the class will be counted as used, to respect the space and flow of the group.

Yes, absolutely, and with no extra cost. You can pause your membership for up to two months per year, as long as you let us know at least 15 days in advance. Just message us or speak to someone at the studio and we’ll take care of it with you.

No. Special events, workshops, ceremonies and retreats are not included in memberships, class packs or the Trial Week. These are unique experiences and need to be booked and paid for separately. We’ll always give you a heads-up when something special is coming up, so you can join if it resonates.

Yes. Each changing room has a shower, and we offer towels and amenities so you can freshen up after your practice if needed.
