Durante esta hora de meditación guiada nos dejamos envolver por la experiencia de la crisálida: un tiempo de pausa fértil en el que no es necesario saber, decidir ni empujar. Solo permitir que la vida, con su inteligencia amorosa, vaya mostrando el camino que nos corresponde.
La práctica se entrelaza con un viaje de sound healing que nos invita a soltar capas, a flotar, a confiar… y a dejarnos mecer por la magia del sonido.

The Sanskrit word Asana means ‘Posture’,in this room we work not only our Physical Posture, but mainly, our Posture in Life.

El Sendero
At the heart of Casa Kavi you will find ‘Sala Yuj’. The foreroom of Sala Asana, our Architect named it ‘Yuj’ meaning ‘Union’- fun fact: the word Yoga derives from Yuj. El Sendero is the Path connecting all spaces.
Sala Moksha
The deeper you dive into Casa Kavi, the deeper you will go - “Moksha” stands for ‘Emotional Freedom’, a room dedicated to the practices that allow to release suffering, attachment, and the limitations of the material world.
